Yesterday - Nottingham; today - Birmingham. Enormous and hugely damaging cuts to local public services are on the way in both cities. Meanwhile, the talk in Westminster is about more tax cuts that will further exacerbate the crisis in local govt finance theguardian.com/uk-news/2024/m…
