The phrase ‘virtual ward’ has been confusing for patients and clinicians alike. Time to use a name that actually describes what we are doing #HospitalAtHome

UK Hospital at Home Society I may have asked the Society for SAM Online whether HaH work is "core business" for acute physicians. With more training, I think acute physicians working with geriatricians and GPs can do fabulous work in this domain. But an MDT (therapists, pharmacists) is vital.
