I had a Haitian patient last night w/ Dementia. I spoke to him in Creole, & he was so hype to find out I was Haitian. All night he’s like “ok ok I trust you. Ou fe ke’m kontan. Ok you have to draw blood? Anything for you ok ok” 😂🥹 man my heart. Representation matters man 🙏🏽

Yes! There is an updated 2024-2025 COVID vaccine so you should schedule an appointment even if you got one last year 🤗 I’m treating it like a flu shot 💉 new variants = new shots 🦠

The Olympics is cool but the Paralympics is amazing!! Disabled people have to deal with limitations but yet we become so creative that we don’t allow those limitations to stop us. The Paralympics is an example of how creative and amazing disabled people are.💕
