NAC Zimbabwe Ministry of HealthZW UNDP Zimbabwe The Global Fund Peter Sands The Global Fund supports 350 micro planners who are responsible for enhanced peer outreach within the KP programme. Micro planners provide risk-differentiated support, tailored provision of condoms, and support linkage to and adherence to PrEP and ART.
NAC Zimbabwe Ministry of HealthZW UNDP Zimbabwe The Global Fund Peter Sands CeSHHAR outreach worker, Tanya Gwanzura, took Peter Sands through CeSHHAR's highway mobile and outreach services. We reach 118 mobile outreach facilities in 10 provinces, in addition to community based outreach. More than 38 000 key populations were served in 2022.
On May 30th CeSHHAR was honoured to host a delegation from the Ministry of Health in Mozambique and WHO Mozambique who were on a Country to Country Exchange Visit facilitated by Ministry of HealthZW. The visitors toured the Mbare Hostels Clinic and observed community outreach within Mbare.
