Wide open MR, bad leaflet quality; low septal puncture, pt unable to lie flat for weeks; in hospital. Two clips with not much impact. 20 Gore to close medial orifice completely. Mild residual with MG 3 mmHg. Normalized PV flow. Complete resolution of sxs with diuresis.
