We are grateful for DOC’s responsiveness & support. Staff has contacted or attempted to contact family of each evacuated resident to inform them. Families expressed gratitude for the level of empathy and consideration extended to them during this time.

To the 69 deputies assigned to support with patrols throughout the city, your presence did not go unnoticed. Thank you for stepping away from your daily duties in other divisions to serve your city in an hour of need. The Sheriff thanks you & most importantly the city thanks you!
