A Brit wins Wimbledon again!! Absolutely well done and well earned. Hopefully won’t get lost amongst all the footy and other stuff going on.

Interesting study here. Have often been concerned about bile leak from the puncture site in EUS guided biliary interventions. This study shows placing an HGS stent after performing antegrade stenting results in less AEs. Will this change our practice?

Great meta-analysis. I don’t do a sphincterotomy just to place a stent eg in stenting a malignant stricture. Nice to see the data supporting this…

Absolutely. I am ashamed of the behaviour we are seeing across the U.K. These are a minority and don’t speak for most people. Their behaviour is appalling. I stand by my colleagues without whom our NHS would have crumbled and fallen decades ago. If anyone needs support reach out

Seeing posts from all over the U.K. where good people have gone out into their cities and towns to show solidarity against hate. This is the country we want to see. “The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good people to do nothing”

EUS RFA still looking to find its niche it seems. This is an interesting study in PDAC patients. Feasibility looks good with low adverse event rates. What is needed really is an RCT to determine whether this improves all outcomes including patient related outcomes measures.
