Great 6th Symposium of His-Purkinje Conduction System Pacing session with our colleagues from China with DrMGold Weijian Huang. Delta LVAT >10 is perhaps most reliable vs fixed LVAT of 75-85. Much to learn from each other. Dr. Huang now doing HOT-LBBP with two lead CSP technique!

Surgical epi, Cor vein leads, direct LV endo pacing, WISE LV pacing, etc all developed at great effort without realizing we were 1 cm from the answer
