Modern valve therapies pose new challenges to #epeeps . Micra implantation in a patient with a TricValve and two TriClips. Passing the native valve was a bit tricky and I couldn’t reach the upper septum. Had to go apical. But turned out nicely in the end. #TricValve #triclip
