All 4 of our PGY 3’s have done complete Bentalls - including the newest ones, with 4 different surgeons. And Type-A’s, ascendings + AVRs, with good patient outcomes. My best case in cardiac as a PGY3 (the highlight of my year) was getting to do one proximal. 🤣 Video adapted

Severe, symptomatic TR from a flail anterior leaflet caused by chordal rupture (no risk factors) - repaired by reattaching chordae to RV, ring annuloplasty and anteroseptal commmisural suture. With permission.
