5/ Scramm in JTH show that along with significantly delayed clot formation, ITP patients had increased clot density and impaired fibrinolysis. Also high PAI-1 and low tPA levels. Possible mechanism for increased risk of thrombosis in ITP. tinyurl.com/272hnemp🔒
