So we developed a model of presynapses induced by small dots (1.8 µm-diameter) of recombinant Fc-neuroligin micropatterned on a regular polylysine-coated coverslip thanks to @ManuelThery's help. Presynapses form along isolated axons on or near the dots (4/7)
