After much thinking, I made slide no. 2, on the timing of urgent endoscopy : 🩸Don’t rush in. 🩸Too soon, & you’ll have worse outcomes (apart from ruined 🛏 💤 😴) as pts are under-resuscitated, views are poor. Stable - no need for urgent EGD Unstable - not fit for urgent EGD
