This is so dangerous for people living with an eating disorder: a worrying lack of attention to the mental health impacts of a policy supposedly to benefit our health Department of Health and Social Care Hope Virgo LGA Wellbeing Natasha Devon 🌈💙 @PHE_uk Gregor Henderson Association of Directors of Public Health (ADPH) Royal Society for Public Health christina marriott 💙 🧡 Faculty of Public Health
Luci Etheridge It is so sad and frustrating. But what are we to expect? Under 18s receive less than 10% of the mental health budget, less than 1% of the overall NHS budget. We can't expect things to change until we pay for it

My BH wkend is overshadowed by knowing that numerous YP with MH difficulties are spending the long wkend on paediatric wards without the right specialist support. Totally heartbreaking to see. Adrian James Children's Commissioner for England please help us sort this out 😥
Great article from South West clinicians on what good Paediatric mental health leadership looks like. The role…create a culture of parity, empower the team, advocate for CYP MH fearlessly at a strategic level and unite with MH colleagues. @karenstreetkhan James Dearden
