I’ve become a recent fan of the SUPRA-INGUINAL approach to SIFI block for lumbar plexus & hip analgesia. Single-injection (youtu.be/YCW5yWQWU5Y) and catheter (youtu.be/lcgf0Rk3hmk) techniques make me more versatile, esp if the infra-inguinal approach is not feasible.

The focus will be on dexamethasone and dexmedetomidine- we will be going for the deep dive!
