Just completed an amazing #CWPAMS2 project site visit of the 5 facilities doing amazing #AntimicrobialResistance and stewardship activities. This Health Partnerships project is in collaboration with THET and Commonwealth Pharmacists Association. The NCDC played a key role in this visit.
