Absolutely this. I see so much health care policy made without the biggest workforce being around the table-which also happens to be the biggest female workforce 89%-then we wonder why policy doesn't land well in the system #nursing

There is absolutely no place for political violence in our democracy. Although we don’t yet know exactly what happened, we should all be relieved that former President Trump wasn’t seriously hurt, and use this moment to recommit ourselves to civility and respect in our politics.

By the same token, men who have never been and can never be pregnant should never be in positions where they can make or interpret laws related to abortion or reproductive rights more broadly. The concerns of women will always be abstract to them.

This is a heartbreaking story, of complete failure by health services, policy and funding decisions and scientific research. Thousands of people like us languish on wait lists, our suffering worsening in the process, adding to costs and complexity for the health service.
