$200m for a film exclusively streaming on 1 platform is actual madness. These kind of budgets are really unnecessary and the cost gets passed onto the consumer. They could make 20 $10m films, or 40 $5m films. Give indie directors a chance to do what they do best, stretch budgets.

Spent the last three weeks scripting an 80 page screenplay for another director. Worked with him and basically covered three drafts in those weeks. It was intense, but it’s nice to know I can do this when up against it. #screenwriter
